Gaius was named after either a Roman Emperor or a doctor on Battlestar Galactica - depending on who you ask. The guys and I decided to get an English Mastiff because we wanted a "real dog" that wouldn't either be terrorized by the ferrets or try to eat them. We couldn't have chosen a better breed. |

Because he's our baby, we were real shutter-bugs when it came to documenting his growth. Over the course of sixteen months our friends and family were amazed at how quickly this adorable little puppy grew to out-weigh almost everyone in the household.
